  • 1 Arm KB Press - Ladders 1,2,3 | 1,2,3 | 1,2,3 @32kg
  • Pull ups 2x5
  • Deadlifts 12x1 @ 335

Short / Easy workout after coming back from travel.
This all felt very good, was able to do the deadlifts double overhand and could have done more pullups
