Training Log Feb 14 2025
- Push-ups 3x10
- Pull-ups 5,5,3
- DL 15 singles @305
- Ab wheel 1x5
Tried to go pretty easy today as I’m feeling a bit under the weather. Meant to get 3x5 pull-ups but didn’t feel good in the moment (struggled to get fully to neck on final reps)
Training Log Feb 12 2025
- KB Press 32kg 5,3,2,3,2 (left then right)
- Pull-ups 2x4 with 25lb vest
- Deadlift 6 singles @ 375 (every 30s)
- Ab Wheel 2x5
- KB Swings 5x10@32kg
5 presses of the 32 is a PR!
Deadlifts starting to feel hard 2 months into this singles program. Probably one more cycle of this.
Pull-ups were sloppy, I should stick to triples at this weight for now.
Swings felt really good
Training Log Feb 10 2025
- 1 Arm KB Press: 50 reps @ 24kg (10,2,3,5,10,2,3,5,2,3,5 in 12 minutes)
- Chin-ups 3x5
Nice easy volume press day. I’ve been doing 100 reps on these days in 30-35 minutes but I decided to try to up my reps a bit with the 10 rep sets and then take it a bit easier overall.
The chin-ups were easy bonus arm/back work.
Training Log Feb 9 2025
- Get up 3/arm@24kg
- Pull up 2x7@BW
- DL 8x1@355, 1x1@425
- Ab Wheel 1x5
- KB Snatch 3x8/arm@24kg followed by 100M sprint
425 pull was with clean form, first time ever at that weight! I tried 455 and couldn’t get it more than an inch off the floor.
Pull-ups felt great, snatches were a bit ugly on my left arm.
