  • Pull up 2x7@BW
  • DL 8x1@355, 1x1@425
  • Ab Wheel 1x5
  • KB Snatch 3x8/arm@24kg followed by 100M sprint

425 pull was with clean form, first time ever at that weight! I tried 455 and couldn’t get it more than an inch off the floor.

Pull-ups felt great, snatches were a bit ugly on my left arm.
