Training Log Feb 10 2025

  • 1 Arm KB Press: 50 reps @ 24kg (10,2,3,5,10,2,3,5,2,3,5 in 12 minutes)
  • Chin-ups 3x5

Nice easy volume press day. I’ve been doing 100 reps on these days in 30-35 minutes but I decided to try to up my reps a bit with the 10 rep sets and then take it a bit easier overall.

The chin-ups were easy bonus arm/back work.
